Court Reservation Policies
To ensure everyone gets their fair share of court time, please observe the following:

Booking Requirement
All players must have a confirmed reservation via this booking system before entering the court. No "walk-ins" if the slot is already booked.

Punctuality
Your time slot includes setup and pack-up. Please vacate the court 5 minutes before your hour ends so the next group can start on time.

Proper Gear
Rubber shoes only. Please bring your own paddles and balls unless you have arranged for a rental.

Cancellations
If you can't make it, please cancel at least 6 hours in advance to allow others to take the slot. Once your reserved time starts, the booking must be paid in full.

How do I book a court?
Reservations can be made through our Online Portal or at the Admin Office. Slots are usually released every Monday at 8:00 AM for the upcoming week.

Is there a maximum number of hours I can book?
You may reserve multiple consecutive hours as long as the selected slots are available.

What if the group before us won't leave?
Kindly remind them that your time has started. If they refuse to vacate, please contact the Guard, Admin, or Staff immediately. Do not engage in heated arguments—keep it friendly!

Can I bring guests?
Yes, but the person who made the reservation must be present on the court. Please ensure your guests also follow the footwear and conduct rules.

What happens if it rains during my slot?
For safety, play is not allowed on wet courts. If your session is cut short by rain, you may coordinate with the Admin to reschedule your slot or request a refund (if applicable).

Do you provide a "Pro" or Coach?
These are casual courts for community use. However, if you are bringing a private coach, please inform the Admin as different fees or rules may apply.
